So Julia is still in the top 50 without Hobbits, Shrecks and Potters. Pretty impressive.

i remember when she used to be in the top 10, and the first woman.
now emma watson has grossed more than her and she's not even 25 :-(
but this list means anything if not adjusted for inflation. pretty woman now would be a 300+ million dollars grosser, while in 1990 it did 178 millions.

btw is julia still alive? she has not attented the haiti benefit like every year, and i think this is the longest time ever without paparazzi pics (the most recent ones where in early november i think). obviously she's not going to presnt denzel with the career golden globe tonight :-/

can't even begin how easy to dismiss that list is. because the shrek movies and the harry potter movies and the lord of the rings movies would have grossed the way they grossed whether or not cameron, cate or emma starred in them. if we're talking about the money the movies made because this actor or actress is in it, julia would be higher in the list. sandra bullock wouldn't be far behind her.

i mean, bryce dallas howard can star in 10 more jurassic world movies and be on top of that list and that would mean nothing in terms of her stardom.

i'm just comforting myself that in 50 years or hell, 100 years, julia will still be remembered before these basic bitches are mentioned.

but that's how bad her current state is now, i guess. it forces me to look further in the future for me to crack a smile because her total unwillingness to capitalize on her natural charisma as a star depresses me.
